Mark led the buyout of Fusion Business Solutions in 2002, and has built a management team that is regarded as one of the strongest in the Service Management market place. As a result, Fusion has achieved compounded annual growth year on year.
John Mohan - Chief Executive Officer
John was appointed as Fusion’s CEO in 2013. He joined Fusion as Finance Director in 2002 after a career with international construction company’s incl. US based Bechtel Ltd. Later, he assumed the role of Chief Operations Officer with direct control and operations of the sales function. He commands a knowledge and understanding of the business from an internal operations, finance, and customer perspective.
Moses Soussis - Chief Operations Officer
Moses brings with him 15 years of experience working in IT and Business Operations with companies such as IBM, Barclays and Visa. Specifically, Moses has held roles in Service Management (IBM) covering all areas of the ITIL life-cycle, outsourcing performance management and risk, along with representation to government bodies (Barclays) and establishing Vendor Management at Visa. His most recent roles have seen him working as an Operations Manager and Chief of Staff.
Gary Pruden - Chief Technology Officer
Gary has over 25 years experience in IT and Telecoms and a wealth of experience in service management and software development. Gary is responsible for defining projects with customers, which deliver value to the business and that issues such as technology and organisational alignment are correctly addressed. Within Fusion Gary is responsible for technical strategy and methods.
Neil Peerman - Director of Worldwide Professional Services
Neil has worked in IT for over 30 years with a broad experience in software development, project delivery and in particular, IT Service Management. He demonstrates true customer focus in everything he does and has assisted many of Fusion’s customers at the most senior level. Neil believes in collaborative working and builds successful teams around him to deliver business goals.
Nii Addy - Director of Worldwide Support and Maintenance
Nii has worked with Fusion for over 14 years through all aspects of the support organisation. He was appointed the Director of Worldwide Support and Maintenance in June 2017, reporting directly to the CEO. Nii is responsible for operational and functional side of Support and Maintenance and attracting New Clients.
Jeremy Bowman - Director of IT and Information Security
Jeremy joined Fusion in 2012. From a technical background, he has worked on large-scale infrastructure, cloud, and technology enablement projects in the public and education sectors for over 20 years. He is certified in both traditional enterprise IT and virtualisation technologies to advanced levels, and also brings Information Security experience from previous roles in guiding both policy and technical infrastructure towards industry best practice and ISO security standards compliance.
