Fusion Team

Mark started Fusion in 1997 and led the buyout from Horizon Technology Group in 2002, acting as CEO until 2016 as the business grew rapidly. He is now non-executive Chairman of the Group.
Prior to Fusion, Mark worked with Accenture for six years and following an MBA at INSEAD, worked for Apple Computer subsidiary Claris.

Mark is an Olympian from 1996 in sailing and still races competitively winning a Masters World Championship in 2018.

John joined Fusion in the year 2000 and was instrumental in taking the company private. Since then he has held a number of roles in the organisation and took up the position of COO in 2010 and CEO in 2016. John has led the growth of Fusion through its expansion into North America, the establishment of Fusion in India and the M&A activities in Europe. He is also responsible for the strategic growth of the group and continued expansion. Before joining Fusion John worked at Bechtel, the American engineering giant for 4 years and also in the commercial sector of the construction industry in the UK.

A keen rugby supporter he can often be found hugging the touchline and offering words of wisdom to players and supporters alike.

Gary has been chief technology officer with Fusion for over 15 years and during that time has overseen the development of Fusion. This has included the creation of a solutions organisation within Fusion to drive forward innovation that enables Fusion to accelerate customer time to value.  Gary also works with customers to change service management capabilities to accelerate digital transformation and enable greater alignment of business objectives. Before joining Fusion, Gary ran his own company that also specialised in service management.

Outside of Fusion Gary enjoys a round of golf with friends and also a quiet day fishing.

Andi Kunz joined the team in 2019 when German-based BMC partner VIPCON GmbH joined Fusion Global Business Solutions. Andi was formally joint managing director of VIPCON and, together with Conni Kunz, built the company into a 16-million-euro business from 1998. He is now a member of the Fusion Board responsible for driving future international growth. He is also Product and Innovation Director and leads on the development of new products and services for Prior to Fusion. Andi supported companies in the entertainment industry with IT solutions for ticket sales and management and was responsible for European-wide service. The introduction of a ticket system for incident management then led him to BMC's solutions.

Hemant Joined Fusion In India in 2018 as the Financial Controller of the India Entity. Later he took over the Finance operations in Spain and then moved over to the role of Group Financial Controller. He has full responsibility of the finance function across the group including all aspects of Accounting, Budgeting, Forecasting, Banking and Cash Management and Management Reporting. Hemant is an experienced Finance professional with an experience of 13 years with demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Skilled in Tax, Statutory Audit, Corporate Finance, Auditing, and Management Information Systems (MIS). He has expertise in finance domain and worked across the industry including consulting, manufacturing, construction, BPO/KPO and in IT industry.

Outside work, Hemant likes to spend time with his family, travel and explore new places.

Conni joined Fusion in July 2019 when German-based BMC partner VIPCON GmbH was acquired by Fusion Global Ltd. Conni is responsible for all aspects of the Human Resource function within the wider Fusion Group, including the creation of staff development programmes, legal and regulatory requirements as well as the functional operation of the HR division within the operating companies. She is Managing Director for the German and Netherlands entity responsible for the success in these countries. Conni also represents the company as a Senator of the Senate of Economy (Germany). Before joining Fusion Conni founded VIPCON together with Andi Kunz in 1998. They built a company from the scratch to a 16M € company with 55 employees.

Conni likes to dance Discofox, Standard and Salsa and spending her time together with her family. She´s aware of the responsibility of every individual to help our mother earth. To do her bit for the environment, Conni lives in a carbon-neutral way. She eats a vegan diet and plants a tree every month to help fight against climate change.

Keyvan is responsible for supporting our customers with their digital transformation strategies and programmes. Having joined Fusion in 2010, Keyvan ran the Managed Services business for over 11 years. In 2021, Keyvan assumed responsibility for Fusion’s go-to-market strategy and execution, covering all our solutions including Managed Services, Sales and Marketing.

Prior to Fusion, Keyvan worked with many FTSE 100 global companies across many disciplines including Data Centre Automation, Big Data, CX, Management Information Systems and Systems Integrations. As a keen long-distance swimmer, Keyvan spends most of his time amongst the weeds in the Cotswold Lakes.

Keyvan is the author of “A-Z of Digital Acceleration” – a 5 min. video series exploring the key themes across service management and service operations and how the nature of these disciplines are changing.

Nii became a part of Fusion in 2004 and has since gained expertise across various aspects of the organisation. Nii oversees both operational and delivery divisions and is committed to ensuring exceptional customer experiences for every Fusion customer.

Outside of work, he is a keen football fan.

Robin originally joined Fusion in January 2014 working in the Resource Management business unit after spending over 10 years in technology recruitment. After spending 2 years delivering BMC experts to Fusion customers Robin made the step into Account Management to work closely with existing and new customers on technology transformations. Now, as the UK Sales Manager, Robin is responsible for the growth engine within Fusion leading a team of highly talented and professional account managers working with a broad range of customers delivering Fusion services across the portfolio and partner network.

Robin lives in North London with his wife and 3 kids (at least one will join most Teams meeting). A keen follower of most sports Robin enjoys Rugby, Cycling and the occasional flirtation with triathlons.

Hans is an experienced Regional Sales Director and a great networker. He has more than 20 years of experience in International Sales Management and Global Account Management at Deutsche Telekom. Winning New Business Clients is in his DNA.

Besides his business background he is an avid Ajax supporter and a single handicap golfer. Hans lives in the green area of Netherlands with his wife and 2 sons.

Raj has been an integral part of Fusion since its inception. Originally running the sales team in the UK, Raj then went on to look after our sales in Europe and North America. Now with the rapid and profitable growth of our North American operations, Raj is focused on these key markets for the group. As a sales leader Raj has built numerous award winning sales teams over his tenure and taken Fusion into multiple new geographies. Before joining Fusion, Raj worked in various sales roles selling too the Finance & Telco markets.

Outside of Fusion his life is family, style, travel, cooking, BBQ’ing and running.

Natasha joined Fusion in Feb 2020 and was bought in to manage FRM (Fusion Resource Management). This started off as a role managing customers and contractors in the States, the UK as well as Spain. One year on and Natasha now manages a thriving practise in Germany as well which she’s been working on with the team over the last year or so. Before joining Fusion Natasha has always worked with people and is very much a people person. Her skills focused specifically on building relationships with customers and contractors alike which is why this opportunity fit in perfectly with her previous experience in the recruitment world.

Interestingly, Natasha’s passion lies in the Make-Up/Beauty world and is always here for any make-up/skincare advice you may need.

Salva joined Fusion in 2021 as Sales Manager and Account Director to drive a sustainable growth of sales whilst reinforcing Fusion commitment to the existing customer based. He was appointed General Manager for Spain in 2022 to drive company expansion in Iberia and attend new business opportunities in South Europe and Middle East.

Within the IT & Professional Services industry, Salva has played relevant roles as Consultant, Project & Service Delivery Manager, Business Development (EMEA-APAC) & Account Manager, Professional Partner-Director of Business Units, which has provided a comprehensive view of the industry to deliver best value for customers whilst setting outstanding organisations and operations.

Entrepreneur by nature, Salva has held senior positions in NTTDATA EMAL (former everis) and EDICOM over the last 20 years. He completed his BSc in Engineering (UK-ES) with a Business Administration Program in IESE. Salva is Prince2 certified, and PMP-PMI educated.

You might find Salva charging adrenaline in any of the Moto GP events in Spain or enjoying sea sports in the Mediterranean beaches of Valencia.

Christina joined Fusion Germany the year 2017 as Marketing Executive for the DACH region. Following the integration to the Fusion Group in 2019 she was appointed Group Marketing Director, responsible to help guide Fusion's ambitious growth strategy and build and direct the marketing strategy and execution across the globe. Before joining Fusion Christina held several marketing positions at mid-size and enterprises in Germany. Having started her career with a marketing agency in Frankfurt.

Disha is fueled by her passion for understanding the nuances of Sales Operations.

Her background in operations management, data analysis, and process management inform her mindful but competitive approach. She believes in developing the key sales support systems and processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives. Her hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into action has contributed to streamline the activities and processes at every step of the Sales Cycle and to facilitate the ELTs with data driven decisions.

Anyone who knows Disha will vouch for the fact that she believes in collaboration, working in partnership and having fun along the way.

She lives out through her interests in hiking, travelling and meditation.

Jeremy joined Fusion in 2012 as a Managing Consultant and was initially responsible for a complete refresh of Fusion’s IT infrastructure. Since then he has had a number of roles in the organisation and took up Director of IT in 2016 and extended that role to include all aspects of Information Security in 2017. Jeremy leads the Group certification and compliance efforts gaining ISO 27001:2013 and SOC2 Type 1 and 2 for the Group, and extending those accreditations to new areas of the business. He is also responsible for all aspects of Privacy and compliance with GDPR across the Group. Before joining Fusion Jeremy worked at a specialist public cloud services company in an IT Engineering role and has also worked for many years in UK Higher Education supporting IT Operations.

A keen Lego enthusiast he can usually be found trying to stop his kids from going into his Lego room.

Craig joined Fusion at the end of 2021 bringing his vast experience of Service Operations and Delivery and is now responsible for leading our Global Professional Services operation. Over the past 20 years, he has held Senior IT Positions in the Financial Services and Managed Services arenas, leading large global functions and delivering high profile programs or work for both Private and Public Sector customers.

In his spare time, Craig is an avid Rugby fan and spends much of his spare time involved in the game either in a refereeing or coaching capacity (where he holds a Level 2 Qualification) or watching his 2 sons play.

Andrew joined Fusion in 2019 as Head of Managed Services (Operations). Previously he held Management roles in Telecommunications and Managed Services for companies such as Virgin Media and Logicalis (UK). Whilst with Fusion he has seen the expansion of Managed Services into Iberia and Germany and has been instrumental in the consolidation of Fusions SaaS offerings in AWS delivered through the Fusion SMC.

In his spare time, he can be found outdoors on his road bike or indoors playing the drums. A keen football fan he follows Brentford FC who are local to the Fusion Hounslow office and will be enjoying their first season in the Premier league in 2021/2022.

Kamiya is a Global PMO Manager, heading up the PMO team within Fusion. She has been with Fusion for 9 years holding a number of positions in the organisation. She started as a Resource Consultant back in 2012, moving into Resource Management in 2015 and taking up the Global PMO Manager’s role in July 2020. She takes pride in providing the “Right Talent in the right place at the right time” along with providing Best Practices and Standardisation of Processes within the business. Kamiya keeps the wheels of the business rolling by providing and building adequate manpower for customer projects and by creating procedures and processes that the organisation can follow.

She is a big fan of Romantic Travel related books – Wanderlust by Danielle Steel is her favourite. This interest came from her passion for solo travelling to different Continents of the world.

Hrishi joined Fusion in 2011 and has since worked in various technical and leadership roles. At Fusion, Hrishi has led some of the largest, most ambitious, and innovative Service Management implementations globally. After living in the UK for almost a decade, Hrishi moved to India to setup Fusion's India operations, where Fusion continues to build a world-class team. Hrishi brings strong leadership skills and passion for driving innovation; he also heads Digital Service Management pillar for the Group. Hrishi has over 18 years of international experience, across three different continents. Before joining Fusion, Hrishi worked at British Telecom, and within Professional Services and R&D divisions at BMC Software.

Outside of work, Hrishi is a person of many interests – Sports, Music and Travel to name a few. If not for the passion of IT, Hrishi would have been a Lawyer or a Cultural-Historian.

Ajit’s career journey with Fusion began in 2017 when he joined the organisation as a Solutions Arcitect. His exceptional skills and dedication soon earned him a promotion to a Technical Managerial Role. Fast forward to 2022, Ajit has assumed the position of Delivery Director for Fusion in India.

With a wealth of experience exceeding 15 years, Ajit has had the privilege of working with customers from all corners of the globe, tackling the most challenging and complex Service Management implementations, upgrades, and training. As the Delivery Director, Ajit now has the responsibility of ensuring that Fusion India delivers top-notch services across all business units. He is a firm believer in Fusion's values and work ethic and considers it a perfect breeding ground for building a successful career.

In his spare time, Ajit is passionate about reading, listening to music, traveling, and cycling. Ajit has a personal record of cycling 176km in one go!
