Fusion Appoints Chief Operating Officer to the Team

Fusion is delighted to announce the appointment of Moses Soussis to the position of Global Chief Operating Officer. Moses brings with him 15 years of experience working in IT and Business Operations with companies such as IBM, Barclays and Visa. Specifically, Moses has held roles in Service Management (IBM) covering all areas of the ITIL lifecycle, outsourcing performance management and risk, along with representation to government bodies (Barclays) and establishing Vendor Management at Visa. His most recent roles have seen him working as an Operations Manager and Chief of Staff.

Moses’ focus is to lead Fusion’s strategy implementation while ensuring operational excellence across the business. He has two degrees in Mathematics and an Executive MBA from The University of Oxford, SAID Business School. He is also ITIL v3 Expert qualified.

Moses is a keen enthusiast in motorbikes, and most of his spare time is made up of him restoring them, he always has a project on the go.

Moses said, “I am thrilled to take up the role of Chief Operating Officer and I am looking forward to working with an organisation and people that have a focus on growing the business on an international basis. With a background in working for large organisations, I am eager to share this knowledge to ensure Fusion implements a solid strategy which continues to help organisations drive automation, make better use of service data, improve self-service and enhance customer experience.”
