Fusion Global Ltd Announces Appointment of Conni Kunz to its Board of Directors, CHRO

The Board of Directors of Fusion Global Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Conni Kunz to its Board of Directors. With this appointment, Conni also steps into the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

The newest member of the Fusion Board of Directors co-founded VIPCON GmbH, a German BMC partner, in 1998. Conni currently serves as the Managing Director of VIPCON (Fusion Germany and Netherlands), a position she will retain in conjunction with her new appointment. As Managing Director, Conni developed an inclusive work culture and helped build VIPCON into a €16 million business. In 2019, VIPCON merged with Fusion Global Business Solutions, now known as Fusion Global Ltd.
In her roles as Board member, CHRO, and Managing Director, Conni will oversee daily operations, restructure human resources, and strengthen internal communications. She will also harness her positions to expand the Fusion brand across continental Europe, employ more women in IT roles, and continue building a strong, global culture for all Fusion staff.
In 2019, Conni was appointed Senator in the Senate of Economy, Germany. A group of professionals spanning economic, science, and social sectors, the Senate of Economy guide the government on trends and insights in order to help Germany and Europe address ongoing social and economic challenges.
