Fusion Global Business Solutions is pleased to announce the growth of its Management team with the recent appointment of David Lightfoot as Director of Professional Services.

David joins Fusion with over 35 years’ experience working within several key Operational Management and Service Management roles. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge in Prince2, Agile and Application Performance Management (APM) and is an active member of the British Computer Society (BCS) – The Chartered Institute for IT, at the Chartered IT Level. He also holds qualifications and has gained working practice across ITIL disciplines.

David has recently undertaken several Operational Benchmarking projects and covered 2 Interim Service and Operational Roles. He has had the opportunity to work in several countries and has spent the past 10 years living in Switzerland and Holland, all experience he hopes he can pull on to the benefit of Fusion.
