Fusion welcomes Niklai Davies as Service Delivery Manager
Fusion Global Business Solutions is pleased to announce the growth of its Service Management team with the recent appointment of Niklai Davies to the role of Service Delivery Manager.
Niklai joins Fusion with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, including 15 years’ Service Management experience across a wide range of roles and companies. He has also held senior positions at both Capgemini and Logicalis UK. As the MSC Manager at Logicalis, Niklai was responsible for the successful delivery of the contracted Managed Services proposition and managed a team of 22 Tier 1 Shift Engineers.
Niklai described joining Fusion as “an opportunity of a lifetime”, stating that his new role allows him to “join a team of like-minded professionals with the same values and drive for customer service excellence, at an exciting time for the company”. His goals for the next year are to maintain strong relationships with Fusion customers, “providing them with a solid platform to optimise their IT environment”, while supporting the Service Management and wider teams in a combined program of growth.
