Senior Solution Architect (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect who will be responsible for liaising with clients and business representatives in order to understand the needs of business, liaise with other professionals to develop the solution architecture and ensure compliance to solution architectural design in the implementation phases of projects.

The Senior Solution Architect should, ideally, hold a UK Security Check (SC) Clearance or meet the requirements for SC clearance.

Tasks / Activities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on their projects
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for BMC Products
• Advise customers on best-practices to help guide and solidify a given design
• Assess and manage project risks and make appropriate design and development decisions
• Configure and develop the BMC Products and integrations as per requirements
• Define timescales and risks for and delivering ITSM projects on time and within budget
• Design required features to implement solutions that meet needs of the customer in a cost efficient and timely manner
• Develop Bids, Statements of Work and Proposal documentation to support customer requirements 
• Develop positive working relationships in a distributed team, and to create effective collaboration with direct and extended team members
• Install, configure and Integrate BMC products and customer solutions
• Interact and communicate with customers to drive client value
• Make a significant contribution to the successful management of customer relationships

Experiences:

• 8+ Years in IT Business
• 3+ Years Architecture experience
• 7+ Years Implementation experience

Qualifications / Certifications:

• ITIL Foundation
