ITSM Consultant (Innovation Suite)
Fusion GBS, one of the world’s largest BMC Elite partner and leading BSM solutions partner is looking for an experienced ITSM Consultant ( Innovation Suite ) to work with us on a full time basis.
Skills :
- Strong in Java programming, Angular, CSS and HTML
- Good knowledge of REST APIs
- Good knowledge of Apache Maven, Node.js, Yarn and Grunt
- Good knowledge of GitHub
- Hands on Experience of Remedy Development, workflows, customizations
- ITSM concepts such as Assignment, Approvals and Foundation Data, Incident Management
- Good to have: Experience on Service Request Management and Digital Workplace Catalog.
