BMC Engage 2015

September was a fantastically busy month for Fusion with BMC Engage, BMC’s global user conference in Las Vegas. The event saw delegates from countries around the globe descend on the Aria Resort and Casio to enjoy up to the minute news from BMC including the latest product releases and customer case studies from an array of industries and diverse applications.

Fusion were honoured to again be a Gold sponsor at Engage with a key exhibition space in the IT Solutions Showcase. We saw many of our loyal customers and had some very high level discussions with new acquaintances about their individual needs that Fusion is expertly positioned to assist with.

Gary Pruden, Fusion’s CTO was invited to a panel discussion with All Things ITSM and asked for his thoughts on a variety of topics which included the customer experience. See below.

Fusion also drew in a large crowd with our Nerf Gun Challenge. We had several felt targets arranged at our stand with Velcro tipped darts that were shot at the targets to try to get the highest score. At the end of the 3 days the winner of the brand new Apple Watch was Bob Schickman with a score of 210 points. His amazing score was almost impossible to replicate with only one other person getting within 10 points of his score. Congratulations to our winner and thanks to all that took part.

With Engage over for another year we look forward to seeing you all at the next BMC event in your local area. We will be attending BMC Exchange Paris and London on the 18th and 19th of November respectively. We hope to see you there.
