Fusion welcomes Steven Duncan as Senior Support Engineer in the US to the team
Fusion Global Business Solutions is pleased to announce the growth of its Support team with the recent appointment of Steven Duncan as Senior Support Engineer for the US.
Steven joins Fusion with over 18 years’ experience working within BMC Software’s Support Organization. Having originally joined Remedy in 2000, just prior to the acquisitions by Peregrine Systems and BMC Software, Steven started out on the Workflow team around the time ARS 4.5 was released. He later joined the Applications team which supported all of BMC Remedy’s out of the box solutions. Steven went on to become the Subject Matter Expert in the following areas of ITSM Foundation, Service Desk (Incident and Problem Management) and ARS Workflow. Steven will be responsible for providing support to Fusion customers based in the US.
