Enterprise Account Executive
Fusion GBS is currently seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their US team. This position is a high- profile growth opportunity that demands a highly motivated individual with strong sales, communications and organizational skills who is eager to learn and become part of a growing company.
The Enterprise Account Executive will drive and generate new business sales revenue in addition to developing a number of pre-defined existing accounts. This will be achieved by territory planning, account planning, forecasting, using business development techniques and field-based sales activities within the assigned territory and engaging with the ecosystem to ensure success in generating revenue opportunities and effective management and closure of sales opportunities.
Tasks /Activities
The successful candidate will achieve sales quotas for the allocated territory on a quarterly and annual basis by:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth in Enterprise Service Management (ESM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and SaaS ecosystems
- Taking ownership of pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting, detailed opportunity planning, and effective progression of opportunities
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior stakeholders by understanding their business objectives and delivering tailored solutions that drive measurable outcomes
- Delivering clinical sales execution by applying strategic sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC, to advance opportunities and close complex deals
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets through precise execution aligned with quarterly and annual objectives
Skills
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets while managing large, strategic accounts across ESM, ITSM, or SaaS ecosystems
- Deep expertise in SaaS ecosystems, with the ability to translate customer objectives into scalable, value- driven solutions
- Extensive experience in aligning customer priorities with compelling business cases and ROI models
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, fostering trust and long-term partnerships
- Expertise in applying structured sales frameworks, such as MEDDIC, to navigate and close complex, high- value opportunities
- High energy, integrity, and a commitment to ethical, results-oriented conduct in all aspects of sales execution
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in sales or account management roles, managing large enterprise accounts in SaaS, ESM or ITSM
- Demonstrated success in delivering revenue growth through strategic sales execution and pipeline management
- Significant experience engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive strategic partnerships and outcomes
- Strong familiarity with structured sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC, to manage complex sales cycles and high-value deals
- Please note this is a remote role with a good degree of travel involved

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present value propositions and solutions to senior-level executives
- Strong numerical ability to interpret and manage revenue forecasts, margin calculations, and financial models
- Skilled negotiator with proven success in influencing customers and partners
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build alignment to achieve shared goals.
