After more than 13 years at a great Spanish company, my old boss at Fusion—my mentor and the person who taught me how to do my job in my previous role—offered me the opportunity to join this wonderful company, and I accepted. Nowadays, when I talk to my family and friends about my job, I always say that I'm very lucky to be at a company that allows me to work and be a mom at the same time; being able to adapt my work hours to my life, the flexibility and 100% remote work are the best qualities I've ever had professionally and personally. I'm very grateful to be a part of it. I've only been here for seven years, and I hope to stay for the rest of my career.

Joining Fusion as a fresher and now completing three years has been a truly special journey that has shaped me in many ways. From experiencing my first go live to taking on more responsibilities, every step has given me the opportunities to learn, grow, take ownership, collaborate with amazing teams and build confidence beyond just technical skills. What made the experience even more meaningful are the supportive and inspiring people, and the memories created along the way—team outings, celebrating milestones, and the positive work environment that made work feel more than just work. Looking back, I can genuinely say this journey has changed me for the better, and I feel grateful and proud to be a Fusioner.

After spending a while outside Fusion, I decided to return to my old team. Fusion offers an excellent work-life balance opportunity. You can work on challenging projects while juggling your private life comfortably. In addition, Fusion is expanding its horizons by moving into new areas, which makes it an excellent choice to extend your career goals.

I still remember being assigned a technology I had never even heard of before. It felt overwhelming at first, and I was unsure if I could adapt to it. My mentor simply told me, “You don’t like it? That’s okay. Just give this technology six months.” I trusted the process, gave it my best, and today I can confidently say I’ve become an expert in it. The transition from college to corporate life came with many challenges, but Fusion consistently supported me with the right guidance and opportunities to grow. Looking back on my journey so far, I’m truly grateful to be part of an environment where learning is encouraged, hard work is valued, and growth is continuous.

As a world-leading IT Service Management organisation, Fusion Global Business Solutions is a wonderful place to work. Since I joined in late August, everyone at Fusion has welcomed me with open arms. This includes my direct US team, the Women in Technology team, and the greater international team. I feel like my voice is heard, my ideas are welcomed, and my opinions are respected. From my initial days as a novice, I have evolved into a proficient AWS Cloud practitioner, earning certifications and successfully implementing various cloud solutions. The hands-on experience and exposure to cutting-edge opportunities have been invaluable in refining my technical skills and problem-solving abilities. It's been an incredible experience working alongside a talented and supportive team who have been instrumental in my growth. The continuous learning opportunities and amazing work culture within the company have been crucial in my professional development. I look forward to contributing to Fusion's continued success.

Fusion GBS was my first job after university, and I’ve now been here 10 years. The interview was relaxed and friendly, so my advice is not to overthink it—mistakes are part of learning. Within months I completed BMC training, worked on projects, and by the end of my first year I was confident speaking with customers. I’m originally from Poland, now based in the UK, and the journey has been both challenging and rewarding.

I joined Fusion GBS through the graduate scheme and now work in Innovations, supporting departments from coding and data to business insight. What I value most is the smart, flexible, and responsible way of working. Within six months I was already visiting customers, and throughout my journey I’ve always felt fully supported by the team.
