About the role

We're hiring an ITSM consultant to install, configure, develop, and integrate BMC Remedy ITSM Suite as per customer requirements. The candidate will understand the business implications of ITSM configurations and maintain strong technical relationships to prevent disruptions. Essential skills include experience across ITSM versions (7.6.04, 8.x, 9.x, 18.x, 19.x) and proficiency with CMDB, Atrium Integrator, Pentaho Spoon, BMC Smart IT, DWP, and DWP Catalog. Strong technical know-how paired with effective communication is a must.

Qualifications

• 4+ years Remedy(7x-9x+) implementation experience
• Proven ability to work in a pressurised support environment
• 3+ years experiences with large Remedy ITSM environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
