When we started Fusion’s journey in India, the vision was never to build just another delivery centre. We wanted to create a true, scalable Centre of Excellence – a place where global customers could visit and experience not only strong capabilities, but also a culture of quality, transparency, and collaboration, along with a shared commitment to business outcomes.
That is why it was such a pleasure to welcome our customers from the UK and Germany to Indore in 2025 for week-long immersive visits.

These engagements provided an opportunity for our customers to interact closely with our teams, discuss and align on roadmaps, explore evolving capabilities, and engage in thoughtful conversations on how we can continue to deliver business outcomes.
What a visit to Indore looks like
A visit to Indore is designed to be immersive and practical. It is an opportunity to meet the people behind the outcomes, spend time with the teams delivering the work, and see first-hand how we operate day to day. It also gives space for open conversations that are often harder to achieve through virtual meetings alone.
Over the course of the week, these visits typically include:
- Strategic roadmap workshops aligned to business priorities, adoption and outcomes
- Capability showcases and innovation previews
- Time with teams to strengthen ways of working
- Agreement on success metrics and focus on the critical capabilities that move the needle
Co-innovation and long-term partnership
These visits also strengthened our co-innovation partnerships, where we collaborate side by side to build solutions for the future. Being together in person allows us to move from discussion to action more quickly, with decisions made in real time and shared ownership of what happens next. And perhaps most importantly, they reinforced that while technology connects us across borders, it is relationships and trust that remain the foundation of long-term success – even more so in the AI era.
Pride, learning, and shared moments
For our teams in Indore, these visits were moments of pride, learning, and motivation, as they engaged with senior customer stakeholders and showcased the spirit that defines Fusion. Beyond the meeting rooms, shared meals and informal moments in Indore's vibrant cityscape helped create bonds that go well beyond plans and presentations.
Overall, these in-person collaborations have helped take our partnerships to the next level. We look forward to building on this momentum in 2026.
