This privacy notice tells you what to expect when we collect personal information (also sometimes called in this Privacy Notice personal data). Fusion is committed to ensuring that all personal information is processed in accordance with applicable Data Protection Legislation.

This Privacy Notice applies to all our data subjects, (those whose personal information we process), except our employees, former/ex-employees, agency staff, contractors, secondees and non-executive directors and anyone else who works for us now or has done so at some time in the past, for whom there is a separate Privacy Notice.

We do not collect personal information from public sources.

Using your personal information

We do not collect personal information for sale to third parties.

Using your personal information for marketing

Where we are legally required to do so, we will only provide you with marketing materials if you have given us your prior consent.

If you opt into any subscriptions, but later want to unsubscribe, you should look for and follow the instructions we will provided in our relevant communications to you.

If you choose to unsubscribe, we may retain some of your personal information to identify you, so that we can continue to honour your request and ensure that we do not continue to provide you with marketing materials

What is our lawful (legal) basis for processing your personal information?
