About the role

We seek a German-speaking IT Professional with intermediate to advanced verbal and written fluency levels to join our team. An ideal candidate would be a highly motivated student from Information Technology / Engineering degree background or an experienced software engineer passionate about learning new technologies and growing as a technical consultant.

The candidate will be trained on some of the most elite and cutting-edge Enterprise Service Management products such as BMC Remedy Action Request System, BMC Helix ITSM, BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog etc. The selected candidate will collaborate on assignments with other experienced Fusion associates and Subject Matter Experts.

Additional Competencies

• Advanced spoken and written communication skills in German language
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Having completed a bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent) in computer science or a related field of study
• Proven ability to work in a pressurised environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work closely with other associates in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to apply critical thinking skills to tackle challenging problems innovatively
• Enthusiastic and motivated personality with a positive attitude and quick learning ability
• Understanding of business domains and the associated technical challenges
• Attitude for troubleshooting and resolving the technical issues
• Keen awareness of new technology trends

Educational Requirements

• Engineering or master’s degree in computer science or information technology
• Proficient in at least one programming language
• Experience with Relational Database Management Systems (e.g. MS SQL Server)
